Position: Trainee Parts Advisor
Salary: £30,000 per annum OTE (Salary + Bonus)
Hours: 40/week 08:00-17:00 MON-FRI
Location: Richmond Totton (Suzuki & MG), SO40 3SA

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Trainee Parts Advisor to join our growing Aftersales team at Richmond Totton!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the motor trade. Whether you're leaving school or college, or looking for a fresh challenge, we'll provide full training and support to help you build a long-term career within our Parts Department.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll learn how to identify, order and supply vehicle parts while supporting our Technicians, Service Advisors and customers. As your confidence grows, you'll also gain experience across other areas of our Aftersales operation.
As our Trainee Parts Advisor, you'll be:
- Supporting our Workshop by ensuring technicians receive the right parts at the right time.
- Working closely with the wider Aftersales team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Learning how to manage stock levels and keep the Parts Department organised.
- Developing your product knowledge through manufacturer training.
- Booking parts into stock and helping maintain accurate records.
- Assisting customers and colleagues with parts enquiries.
- Learning how to identify, order and supply vehicle parts.
Ideally, you are:
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a willingness to develop
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Passionate about starting a career in the motor industry.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Friendly, positive and keen to learn new skills.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
