Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic bar staff to join our team at The Bricklayers Arms in Bromley.
The Bricklayers Arms is a warm and welcoming traditional high street pub, bringing together great drinks, live sports, darts and the food we love from Marlowe’s Burgers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to strengthen our team with friendly, hardworking people who enjoy creating a great atmosphere for our guests.
You must be over 18 and available to work evenings and weekends to be considered for this role.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised and well-stocked at all times.
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude, taking orders and providing recommendations where appropriate.
- Provide great customer service and help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that The Bricklayers Arms is known for.
- Maintain knowledge of food safety practices and allergens to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the pub runs smoothly, particularly during busy periods and live sporting events.
- Most importantly, treat every guest to a warm welcome, great service and a smile!
