We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Supervisor to lead and inspire our retail team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a diverse team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Drive sales performance through effective team management, coaching, and motivating staff to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers using excellent bilingual or multilingual skills to enhance service quality.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, time management, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette and customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures including record keeping, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Prior experience in supervising teams with a focus on customer service excellence is a plus.
