We are seeking a Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and customer care, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times.
- Supervise and train staff, including waitstaff and bartenders, to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and improve overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary sector is essential.
- Experience in bartending or food preparation is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and staff alike.
