Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Operative / Driver to join our team. Duties
- Safely load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation.
- Perform mechanical inspections on vehicles and equipment; conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while following proper techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Experience
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in materials handling, stock management, or logistics roles.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles preferred.
- Certification or experience in forklift operation is highly desirable.
- Prior use of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in picking & packing processes and shipping & receiving procedures.

Pay: £27,250.00-£30,000.00 per year
