Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team! In this role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and securing top candidates across various industries.
We are a entrepreneurial and commercially minded group, we do not set KPIs, nor do we have huge targets, most things can be spoken about, you could be a partner of ours, an employee, we are open and flexible. Frankly we do not want to manage nor deal with the Sunday night sick calls, we are simply looking for people who will get out what they put in a, as we have done!
Please note that this is a role in a scale up business, if you are looking for structure and discipline this is not the right company. We want hands on self starters who want to grow and scale a business.
Duties
- Lead proactive client sourcing, through cold calling, networking and social media research.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring timely placement of candidates.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication skills and regular follow-ups.
Qualifications
Specifically we are looking for recruiters or sales people who are commercially minded and not afraid of approaching businesses to gain positions.
You could be full or part time, you could be home based or want office space, we could look at any of these things, most important is hunger and a good attitude to work.
We are a hands off bunch, so somebody who wants mentorship but not to have a manager sitting on your shoulder would be a great fit.
You could be in sales currently, or recruitment ideally or even somebody who has had a career, knows a lot of people and wants to open some doors, all of these are options for us.

Pay: £24,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
