Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar person to join our vibrant team within our very busy sports & karaoke bar in the City centre . The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Engage with customers
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Working well within a team environment.
Skills
- Proficient in basic maths for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods while maintaining quality service.
- Previous bartending experience is advantageous.
- Experience in a bar or similar environment is beneficial, enhancing your ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.
