Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (or equivalent)
Salary: Starting from £27,500.00 per annum
About the Role:
Kelwel Care is looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Brentwood. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from initial candidate contact through to onboarding, ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vacancies across a range of recruitment needs
- Source and attract suitable candidates
- Review applications and shortlist candidates against role requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls and arrange interviews
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure candidate records and recruitment systems are kept accurate
- Build positive relationships with candidates, managers and internal teams
- Help identify new and effective ways to attract quality candidates
- Ensure recruitment activity is carried out in line with company policies and relevant legislation
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with candidates and colleagues at all levels.
- Comfortable managing a busy workload and working to deadlines.
- Professional, approachable and able to build strong relationships.
- Confident using recruitment systems, databases such as salesforce.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
Experience in children’s or social care and knowledge of Ofsted/safeguarding regulations is desirable but not essential.
