We are looking for an excellent Chef de Partie!

The Place Hotel on York Place in Edinburgh has an amazing reputation and status. It is an award winning four-star 47-room boutique townhouse Hotel, in a prominent location close to the city’s theatres, the new St James shopping centre and the end of the tram line. With a purpose-built Conference & Event space with extensive outdoor terrace, new banqueting facilities, wedding and reception, as well as future projects within the City.
the Inn Place in Cockburn street will re-open in April/May 2026. It is a four-star boutique townhouse hotel in the heart of the city centre.
Who we are looking for:
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be an experienced Chef de Partie with excellent kitchen management experience, providing a focus on creating and delivering our food strategy for the business. Paying attention to innovative food offering & planning, strong financial acumen, attention to detail, very standard focused and delivering results through a motivated team.
You will be committed to provide a culture of safety, fairness and inclusiveness; commitment to continuous personal and professional development and willingness to learn and accept new ideas.
We offer a permanent contract, over 40 hours per week, subject to a three-months probation period.
The shift pattern will be on a flexible schedule, depending on the business needs. There will be also opportunities for overtime, especially during the summer period.
