Responsibilities
- Lead daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service during busy hours and maintaining a lively, welcoming environment
- Supervise and motivate bar staff, providing training and support to uphold service standards
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste and control costs
- Enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards in accordance with health department guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all guests leave satisfied
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and balance tills at the end of each shift
Requirements
- Proven experience working in hospitality settings, particularly in bars or restaurants
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage preparation
- Strong understanding of serving techniques, including cocktail mixing and wine presentation
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and sales tracking
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests in a lively environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £12.71-£17.89 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 15.0 per week
