Cascade are looking for full-time, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our growing team. With Cascade's ethos being at the centre of everything we do, we are looking for committed, like-minded individuals to join our team and continue to provide person-centred care.
- Hourly Rate: £12.80
- Hours: Full-time, working a wider rota that includes daytime, evening, weekend, and required sleep-in shifts.
Main Duties (not in any order of priority):
- Ensure residents rights are protected.
- Encourage a model of self-care and residents progression.
- Record relevant activities in support plans.
- Evaluate standards of care competence.
- Provide personal care to residents where required
- Support with diet and meal planning
- Supporting to cook and clean with and for residents depending on needs
- Supporting with and maintaining positive family relationships,
- Input into the development of behaviour plans
- Managing behaviours of distress (behaviours that challenge),
