Responsibilities
- Promoting vape products in one specific retail store.
- Engaging with adult customers.
- Demonstrating products and explaining offers.
- Driving sales and representing the brand professionally.
- Following all company policies and UK age-verification requirements.
- Actively engage with customers to promote our brand and product offerings through lively demonstrations and personalized conversations , and generate sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns with confidence
- Educate shoppers on product features, benefits, and usage tips to enhance their experience and encourage purchases
- Maintain an energetic presence at promotional events, retail locations, or trade shows to attract attention and generate interest
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a seamless brand experience for all visitors
- Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve marketing strategies and product presentations
- Keep the promotional area organized, clean, and visually appealing to draw in potential customers
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required—enthusiasm is key!
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to serve a broader range of customers effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours as needed
