Key Responsibilities
- Lead community service operations, programme workflows, and internal coordination activities
- Oversee team performance, service standards, budgets, reporting, and operational planning
- Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, vendors, internal teams, and service users
- Monitor programme quality, workflow efficiency, service outcomes, and operational risks
- Develop strategies to improve service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and organisational performance
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, programme updates, and operational recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in community services, programme management, operations leadership, stakeholder coordination, or service delivery
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with partners, community organisations, service teams, or public-facing programmes is an advantage

Pay: £58,000.00-£106,000.00 per year
