Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled sports massage therapist to join our growing, hands-on MSK and sports-injury clinic. You'll step into a steady stream of clients — treating a varied caseload of active people, athletes and patients in rehab, with the autonomy to shape your own diary and a clinical lead beside you. We're a growing clinic trusted by consultants, GPs and sports professionals across the area. Hands-on treatment is central to how we work.
Responsibilities
Clinical
- Deliver high-quality sports and deep-tissue massage, and soft-tissue therapy
- Treat a mixed caseload — sports injuries, maintenance work, and clients alongside their physiotherapy rehab
- Assess soft-tissue dysfunction and build treatment plans clients understand and commit to
- Recognise when a client needs physiotherapy or onward referral, and flag it
- Keep clients engaged, rebooked and progressing
- Maintain accurate, professional treatment records
About You

Essential
- Level 3 Sports Massage qualification (minimum)
- Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. SMA, ISRM, FHT, CNHC)
- Your own professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- A confident, skilled hands-on therapist
- Sound anatomy, palpation and soft-tissue assessment skills
- Excellent communication and a genuinely client-centred approach
- A commercial mindset — comfortable converting a treatment into a plan, and retaining clients through to full recovery
