As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy Warehouse in Bowburn.

About the role
Your daily tasks will involve:
- Picking/despatch/returns within an e-commerce environment
- Stock control
- Operating warehouse machinery, including reach trucks (full training provided for our bespoke tools)
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
About you
You’ll bring strong warehouse experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
You’ll also have:
- Reach truck experience (essential)
- Dispatch experience (desirable)
- Forklift licences (desirable, but not essential — we can train in‑house)
- The ability to train others and share best practice
- Strong accuracy and stock‑management skills
- Good IT confidence — WMS experience is a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail
- A hardworking, reliable approach
- Comfort with manual handling and physically demanding work
37.5 hours per week, 4 days a week Tuesday - Friday from 6am - 3.53pm.
The role requires a high degree of flexibility to ensure availability at key operational times.
This may include a reasonable amount of additional hours to meet business needs.
