- Crafting fresh, delicious products - you’ll prepare and serve a range of PAUL favourites, always maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Creating exceptional customer experiences - whether you’re assembling sandwiches or baking croissants.
- Being a supportive teammate - you’ll work closely with colleagues, helping wherever needed and contributing to a positive, productive atmosphere.
- Following our production and safety standards - you’ll uphold our food safety practices and production processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every item prepared.
- Getting stuck in where it counts - from daily tasks to occasional extras, you’ll follow management guidance and help keep the shop running smoothly.

From our beginnings in Lille, France, PAUL has grown into the world’s local French bakery. Since arriving in the UK in 2000, we’ve built a reputation for traditional French baking and warm hospitality. As we’ve grown, one thing has remained constant: our teams are at the heart of everything we do.
Our café in Canary Wharf in London’s Docklands can be found in Cabot Place, very close to Canary Wharf DLR and Jubilee Line stations and conveniently located for the many businesses and financial institutions housed in this 71 acre redevelopment of the old docks. We’ve created an area where freshly baked pâtisserie is prepared and filled daily in front of customers, to be enjoyed at its very best. Canary Wharf today is built on a site where boats have been tying up since the galleys of Roman and Saxon times. The area’s long maritime trade history is reflected in the names of many streets in the area such as Lighterman’s Road, East India Dock Road and Westferry Road. The Hilton Canary Wharf is to the South of us and the London Marriott West India Quay is to the North, accessible via the North Dock Footbridge.
