Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a residential property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership qualities to ensure the efficient running of properties while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations
- Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and routine inspections
- Review schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Lead project management initiatives for property upgrades or renovations, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Enforce lease agreements, handle tenant relations, and resolve disputes professionally
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management with supervising responsibilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
