Service Coordinator – INTENT Programme
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 24 hours per week
Location: Bristol (office-based with travel across the Bristol area)
Help create a smoke-free generation.
At Solutions4Health, we believe every child and young person deserves the opportunity to grow up healthy, confident and free from the harms of smoking and vaping.
Every day, we work alongside individuals, communities and partners to reduce health inequalities and support people to make lasting improvements to their health and wellbeing. We're looking for a passionate and proactive Service Coordinator – INTENT (Smoking and Vaping Prevention) to help us achieve that ambition.
This is a rewarding opportunity to coordinate an innovative prevention programme while supporting children, young people and local communities to make healthier choices.
About the role
As Service Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day coordination of the INTENT (Smoking and Vaping Prevention) programme, working closely with schools, education providers, healthcare professionals and community organisations to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
Alongside coordinating the programme, you'll deliver stop smoking and vaping interventions, support behaviour change and help raise awareness of the risks associated with smoking and vaping.
No two days are the same. You could be planning activities with schools, delivering training, meeting with partners, supporting a young person to quit vaping or identifying new opportunities to increase the programme's reach and impact.
You'll:
- Coordinate the delivery of the INTENT programme across the service area.
- Build strong relationships with schools, education settings and partner organisations.
- Deliver engaging smoking and vaping prevention activities, workshops and awareness sessions.
- Support children, young people and other clients through personalised stop smoking and vaping interventions.
- Monitor programme performance and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
- Act as an ambassador for Solutions4Health, promoting our services and values in everything you do.
About you
We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving the health of children and young people and enjoys building relationships that make a real difference.
You'll bring:
- Experience coordinating programmes, projects or services involving a range of stakeholders.
- Experience working with children and young people, education settings, community organisations or health improvement services, ideally as either a qualified teacher or youth worker.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to engage and inspire individuals, groups and partner organisations.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A genuine commitment to reducing health inequalities and improving lives.
If you don't meet every requirement but believe you have the skills, experience and passion to succeed, we'd still love to hear from you.
What you can expect from us
At Solutions4Health, we're committed to creating an environment where our colleagues can thrive while making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

- 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing learning and development.
- Opportunities to develop your career.
- Flexible, community-based working.
- The opportunity to improve the lives of children, young people and communities every day.
