HGV CLASS 2 TIPPER DRIVERS REQUIRED – BASED AT OUR YARDS IN EITHER TUNBRIDGE WELLS (KENT) OR AYLESFORD (KENT)
Omni Recycled Materials Limited are currently recruiting for reliable, experienced and motivated Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our team in either Tunbridge Wells (Kent) or Aylesford (Kent).
The ideal candidates must have the ability to competently operate HGV Tipper Lorries (whilst loaded with various building aggregates, soil and muck) throughout Kent, Sussex and the Southeast of England.
This role requires applicants to hold a Class 2 Driving Licence (for at least a minimum of 2 years), a Digital Tacho Card and a Drivers CPC Card.
HOURS, PAY AND BENEFITS
- Typical minimum of 50 hours per week
- Typical working days are Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday)
- Minimum pay of £160.00per day + performance bonuses (of up to £40.00 per day)
- 28 days per year holiday (pro rata and inclusive of Bank holidays)
- 3% employer pension contribution
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must hold a valid (and preferably clean) Class 2 Driving Licence (for at least a minimum of 2 years)
- Must hold a valid CPC Card
- Must hold a valid Digital Tacho Card
- Have a minimum of 2 years of Tipper Driving experience
- Be at least 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Be able to accurately complete paperwork necessary for all deliveries, collections and transport compliance
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients
