As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be on the front line providing the best care and support to our customers, offering practical solutions and compassionate guidance with empathy and professionalisms. We are proud of how we interact with people; the service you give is as important as the work you do.
You will be
· Prioritising inbound calls from our customers and giving them excellent service.
· Ensuring timely and complete communication to answer their queries, resolving to find an answer without handing the call to another team member – we are focused on first time resolution.
· Making outbound calls to ensure we meet out contract obligations and follow process.
· Accurately maintaining internal systems to record details of calls and customer queries.
This role calls for excellent communication skills, empathy and the ability to handle challenging conversations. We are always mindful that our customers reach out to us in need and must ensure that we show our respect and empathy in every conversation and exchange.
You will work hard to ensure first time resolution so sharing ideas on best practice and new ways of working is essential for us to continually improve our service offering.
