Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Practitioner for the Baby Room Level 3 at our nursery in the UK. Based in the local area, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that supports early childhood development and work alongside our mission to provide exceptional care. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to babies in the nursery.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment.
- Follow all nursery policies and procedures related to child safety and health.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress.
- Support the overall mission of the nursery by fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Qualifications
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with babies in a nursery setting.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
- Driving license is not essential but may be advantageous.
