We are a person-centred care provider delivering high-quality domiciliary care and supported living services. Our mission is to empower individuals to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes and supported accommodation. We currrently manage 230 weekly hours of care.
We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our Bristol branch.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, leadership, and compliance of our domiciliary care and supported living services. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance while supporting business growth
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Bristol branch operations
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Maintain high-quality care standards across domiciliary and supported living services
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support care staff
- Develop positive relationships with service users, families, professionals, and local authorities
- Monitor care delivery, audits, and quality assurance processes
- Contribute to service development and business growth
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within health and social care
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience in domiciliary care
- Experience in supported living / supported housing services
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Experience managing multi-site services
- Knowledge of local authority commissioning processes
