Front of House Bar Person Part Time
We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and personable Front of House Bar Person to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy, friendly environment, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be the face of the pub, delivering excellent customer service while helping ensure the bar runs smoothly day-to-day.

The Mason’s Arms is a destination pub in the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside. We offer a menu that blends traditional British pub classics with modern influences, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Our menus change regularly to reflect the seasons, and we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of presentation and flavour.
The RoleKey Responsibilities
- Serving drinks and taking customer orders efficiently
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and seating areas
- Handling cash and card payments accurately
- Assisting with stock control and restocking the bar
- Supporting team members during busy service periods
- Taking bookings from guests
- Checking guest in to and out of rooms
- Bar opening & closing procedures followed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar required
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Own transportation and within a 20min commute or less
- Must be 18+ due to licensing laws
