National Account Manager – Coffee Machines
Location: London & South East
Salary: £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are working with an established and growing coffee machine manufacturer looking to appoint a National Account Manager to strengthen its commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of key customer relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities across the hospitality, foodservice, workplace and coffee sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing national accounts while proactively developing relationships with new customers and strategic partners.
As National Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key and national accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and commercial partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across London and the wider UK.
- Develop relationships with hospitality groups, coffee operators, foodservice businesses, distributors and other key customers.
- Deliver account growth through upselling, cross-selling and new product opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and develop long-term account plans.
- Work closely with internal sales, technical and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings.
About You
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially focused and confident developing relationships at all levels.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience within coffee, coffee machines, beverages, hospitality equipment, foodservice or a related B2B sector.
- A strong background in account management and/or business development.
- Experience managing larger or multi-site customers.
- A proven track record of growing accounts and generating new business.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a geographical territory.
- A full UK driving licence.
Coffee industry experience would be advantageous, although candidates from closely aligned sectors will also be considered.
Package
£40,000 basic salary

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
