Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our establishment, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic for guests. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens are cleaned and folded properly.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
Experience
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- A friendly disposition with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
