Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We are seeking a Supervisor for our new coffee shop and brunch spot in Junction 32 Outlet Village, Castleford
Salary - £13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in day to day running of the coffee shop
- Directing the staff team in the Manager's absence
- Maintaining Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
- Due dilligence and compliance checks
- Upholding Massarella & Co core values
- Delivering excellent customer service
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years experience in the hospitality industry
- A good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
- Previous experience leading a team
- Barista skills will be a benefit but not essential
The successful candidate will have a lively, outgoing personality and be confident of working within a busy environment, having a friendly and enthusiastic attitude is essential to the continued success of the business. They will need to demonstrate the ability to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all our customers and staff.
