Hours: To work home matchdays throughout the season including Men’s Premier
League, WSL, European, Cup games and Friendlies

Deliver exceptional matchday service to our premium members!
In this role you will be stationed in the 1901 ticket office on matchdays to act as a key representative for the club. You will handle general matchday, ticketing, and hospitality enquiries from high net worth members, process ticket collections, and accurately capture customer details within our ticketing system. Additionally, you will proactively upsell and cross-sell commercial products and assist at turnstiles with NFC ticketing operations whenever required.

You will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure. While prior customer service, sales, or ticketing system experience is desirable, we place the highest value on your positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and dedication to championing our Team Brighton values.
