We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a welcoming and supportive team at Lancaster School this September.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced LSAs who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with additional needs.
Requirements:
- Essential: Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
- A patient, caring, and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs.
- Support students both academically and emotionally.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team.
