Customer Experience Executive - Audi Grimsby
At JCT600, our Customer Experience Executives are essential to delivering a seamless and memorable customer journey. You'll be the trusted point of contact following a vehicle purchase, keeping customers informed and ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and professional handover.
Your role is key to creating a lasting positive impression by coordinating the final stages of the purchase journey and ensuring every customer feels informed, supported and valued.
As a Customer Experience Executive your day-to-day will include:

Guiding customers through their post-sale journey, providing clear communication and regular updates through to handover.

Coordinating vehicle preparation and documentation to ensure everything is completed accurately and on time.

Delivering professional and memorable vehicle handovers.

Encouraging customer feedback and supporting the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role (preferable).

Strong communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.

A proactive and professional approach, with a genuine passion for making customers feel valued.
