Branch Jewellery Assistant in Cashbrokers Grantham
We are looking for a friendly hardworking person who likes dealing with the public to join our team.
Job will include but not limited to;
- Serving the public at our retail counter
- Processing purchases made through the store
- Maintaining relationships with core customers
- Processing pawnbroking loans for customers in store
- Processing currency transactions
- Valuing precious metals and gemstones (full training provided)
- Dress the retail window displays
- Maintaining the companies strong social media presence
- Dealing with online, social and telephone enquiries
- Full training and various qualifications can be achieved during employment
Candidate Requirements
- Have previous experience within a customer facing role is desirable with previous experience working within the jewellery sector highly desirable.
- Have an active interest in jewellery personally or previous job roles (skills to value jewellery will be taught)
- Ability to converse with a diverse customer base
- Feel confident with negotiating prices and pushing sales.
- Be technology literate and have experience using social media (personal or business)
- Show confidence and accuracy with cash handling
- Work within a close knit small team but also happy to work independently

Key Details
5/7 Days worked a week with weekends being required to work on rotation. 3/4 days working possible for the right candidate.
08:30 - 17:30 on a working day.
