Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed during food preparation and service
- Assist with basic food prep tasks, including garnishing drinks or assembling simple dishes when needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests efficiently and maintain a lively atmosphere
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of serving procedures, food safety regulations, and basic kitchen operations is a plus
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
