Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces such as offices, retail outlets, and industrial facilities, ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-maintained
- Conduct domestic cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning to meet client expectations
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety standards
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all assigned areas are completed efficiently and thoroughly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working in private homes or sensitive commercial environments
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or contamination
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently without supervision
- Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding client requirements
- Ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices is preferred
