About the role
Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning and development?
Source Supply is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming primary school. This rewarding role will involve supporting a Year 5 class while delivering targeted Maths and English interventions to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Working closely with the class teacher, you will play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning within a busy and engaging classroom environment. You will also lead structured intervention programmes for small groups and individual pupils, providing focused support to raise attainment, strengthen core skills, and build confidence in both Maths and English.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children succeed and thrive academically and personally.
Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
- Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
- A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
