Lead Interaction Team Member – The Role:
Are you a confident communicator with a talent for helping others? We’re looking for passionate agents to join a small team bringing businesses’ ventures to life!
As a part of the South Ormsby Business Venture Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for all leads, making the initial outbound calls and emails. You will use our custom CRM system and the Microsoft Suite to manage and qualify leads, book meetings with the team’s Journey Makers, and offer a comprehensive overview of the opportunities available as a part of the South Ormsby Business Ventures project.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Make outgoing enquiries to respondents (leads) to our advertising campaigns with professionalism and knowledge
- Answer incoming calls when required
- Follow all calls with emails with further information and next steps for Leads
- Provide information and advice on what support can be provided and what resources are available, and which of the team is best suited to assist the Lead longer-term
- Accurately and promptly log information and follow internal processes
Person specification:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to record verbal communication quickly and with clarity
- Good attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy, ideally with the Microsoft Suite and CRM systems
