Overview
We are searching for a Housekeeper and become a vital part of creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across residential or commercial spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every space you touch is spotless, organized, and inviting. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure availability for residents or staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supply usage for accountability and reporting purposes.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper equipment handling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR 2 SEPERATE LOCATIONS AND YOU WILL NEED TO TRAVEL TO EACH.
Scarborough location -
alternating one week Saturday and Sunday and the other week Wednesday and Thursday
6am-12pm
Wroxham location - every friday 6am-2pm
Pay: From £14.20 per hour
