Accutrainee is supporting a private investment organisation in the appointment of an experienced Corporate Transactions Paralegal to assist with a large-scale corporate asset transfer project.
Working closely with an experienced General Counsel, you will support the delivery of a structured corporate transaction involving the transfer of a significant portfolio of assets. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal with a background in corporate transactions, legal operations or legal technology who enjoys working in a collaborative, process-driven environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project and will be responsible for:
Supporting a large-scale corporate asset transfer project.
Managing legal workflows through legal technology platforms, including Wordsmith.
Collating, organising and maintaining corporate documentation and electronic legal records.
Preparing correspondence and legal documentation using approved templates.
Reviewing pre-populated documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinating the execution of legal documents, including arranging signatures and monitoring progress.
Liaising with internal stakeholders, external advisers and third parties to progress documentation.
Maintaining accurate project records and monitoring documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Supporting the General Counsel with the successful delivery of the project.
We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
Corporate transactional support.
Corporate or commercial paralegal work.
In-house legal teams.
Legal operations.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Legal technology platforms.
Previous experience using Wordsmith would be highly advantageous. However, candidates with experience using comparable legal technology or contract lifecycle management platforms will also be considered.

Part-time, flexible working arrangement, with an anticipated commitment of approximately 5–6 days per month (equivalent to around one day per week on average), with the potential for additional days depending on project requirements.
