Kitchen Porter – Full Time
Fadiga Ristorante Bolognese is an independent Italian restaurant in the heart of Soho, specialising in fresh handmade pasta and authentic Bolognese cuisine.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Kitchen Porter to join our friendly kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and hygienic at all times
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Receive and store deliveries
- Dispose of rubbish and recycling correctly
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Work efficiently during busy service and support the team when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred
- Hardworking, reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene
- Right to work in the UK
What we offer
- Full-time, permanent position
- £14.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- 40–48 hours per week
