Pay: £37,360 – £39,695 per year

Recruit are currently looking for skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesmen to join our client’s team, working on a variety of residential renovation projects across Oldham and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesmen looking for long-term, ongoing work with a supportive and experienced team.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of renovation and maintenance tasks, helping to transform residential properties and ensure they are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of renovation and maintenance works.
- Undertake tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting, pointing and general building works.
- Complete repairs and remedial works within residential properties.
- Work alongside other tradespeople to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesman / Multi-Trader.
- Strong experience across multiple construction trades.
- Experience working on residential renovation projects.
- Valid CSCS Blue Card – essential.
- Own tools.
- Own transport – essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good time management and reliability.
