About Vision Football Academy
Vision Football Academy is one of the Midlands’ leading providers of high-quality football coaching for children and young people aged 18 months to 18 years. We deliver sessions that develop confidence, skill, and a love for the game — from grassroots to elite level.
The Role
We’re looking for passionate and motivated football coaches to join our growing team. As a Vision Football Academy coach, you’ll plan and deliver engaging, structured, and enjoyable football sessions in both 1-to-1 and group settings.
You’ll work with players of varying abilities, supporting their technical, tactical, and physical development while creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead high-quality football coaching sessions for players aged 4–18.
- Deliver both group sessions and individual 1-to-1 training.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help players reach their potential.
- Maintain high safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other coaches to ensure consistency across the academy.
- Represent Vision Football Academy in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football qualification (Level 2 or higher desirable).
- Previous experience in football coaching (youth or academy environment preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with players and parents.
- A positive, professional, and motivated approach to coaching.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Up-to-date Safeguarding and First Aid certificates (or willingness to complete).
