Job Summary
DOVISTA is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Showroom & Sales Manager to lead our Milton Keynes showroom. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our direct-to-consumer business, helping homeowners transform their properties through the supply and installation of premium UPVC windows and doors.
As Showroom & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading all showroom sales activities, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales performance. You will manage the day-to-day operation of the showroom, conduct customer consultations both in the showroom and at customers' homes, and build a high-performing sales team as the business grows.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all showroom sales activities, ensuring sales, margin and conversion targets are achieved;
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, creating a welcoming and professional showroom environment;
- Conduct customer consultations within the showroom and at customers' homes, providing expert advice and tailored solutions;
- Promote DOVISTA's complete supply and installation service, helping customers confidently select the right products for their homes;
- Recruit, develop and manage showroom sales colleagues as the business expands;
- Ensure all quotations are accurate, comprehensive and aligned with final surveyed requirements;
- Drive local customer engagement and support marketing initiatives to increase showroom footfall and brand awareness;
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity and conversion rates, implementing actions to improve results where required;
- Work closely with survey, installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to completion; and
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all customer enquiries, quotations and follow-ups are managed effectively.
Requirements
- Has proven experience managing a sales-focused showroom, branch or retail sales team;
- Has experience within the windows and doors industry or a related technical building products sector;
- Has a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams;
- Is confident conducting both showroom consultations and in-home customer appointments;
- Has excellent leadership, communication and people management skills;
- Demonstrates a strong commercial focus and understands consultative selling techniques;
- Has a good understanding of product performance, technical specifications and relevant building regulations;
- Is highly organised, professional and customer focused;
- Is comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications; and
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
Pay: £42,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
