Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team, specialising in landscape maintenance, fencing,construction, and general site upkeep. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, practical experience with various tools and machinery, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including paving , fencing etc
- Operate hand tools, power tools.
- Perform general construction duties including site preparation, material handling, and basic building tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist with site clearance, debris removal, and organisation of materials on-site.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping(soft and hard) or construction is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating power tools.
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic maintenance procedures.
- Physical fitness to undertake manual labour including lifting heavy loads and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a proactive attitude towards safety.
- Relevant certifications or licences for operating machinery (e.g., excavator licence) are preferred but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence is essential
