Duties

- Assist customers with product information, questions, and recommendations in multiple languages including English and Spanish
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while practicing professional phone etiquette
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and fully stocked by managing inventory levels efficiently
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly during busy periods
