We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker who can drive .The person will provide essential care and assistance to children in a nurturing environment. Duties
- Assist adult with daily activities, including personal care and mobility needs
- Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each requirements
- Maintain clear communication with service user progress and needs
- Monitor and record behavioural and developmental milestones accurately
- Ensure the safety and well-being of service user at all times, adhering to safeguarding policies
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming environment that promotes service user emotional and social development
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with the ability to drive children safely to various destinations
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and well-being
- Ability to work flexibly, respecting confidentiality and safeguarding protocols
