Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Assistant Front Office Manager to join our esteemed hospitality team. The successful candidate will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest services, and maintaining high standards of organisation within the front desk. Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservations management.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support the training and development of front desk staff to uphold service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor daily financial transactions, including billing and payments, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Handle multilingual communication to accommodate international guests effectively.
- Assist in managing guest feedback and reviews to enhance service quality.
- Support administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and inventory management as required.
Experience
- Previous experience within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest services with a professional demeanour.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly advantageous for engaging with diverse guests.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is beneficial.
