QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
· Registered with the GDC or in between training and has experience of working in dental practice in the UK.
· Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
· Fully compliant patient-centered care
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide the highest quality chairside support to the dentists
· Good communication skills
· Decontamination and sterilization in line with guidelines
· To be flexible & ensure the smooth running of the practice
· To have a smart and professional appearance at all times and have a positive
the manner and observing patient confidentiality on all occasions.
· Maintain all clinical areas and equipment to a high standard, following
manufacturer’s guidelines.
· Undergo training as may be required to develop skills and abilities.
· Dealing with nervous patients in a sympathetic and kind manner.
· Excellent time management, organized and methodical
· Motivated and enthusiastic
· Good references
