About the Role
Whether you're an experienced Care Assistant, an established Senior Care Assistant, or someone looking to build a rewarding career in care, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents.
Every day is different. You'll provide compassionate, person-centred care, build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and help create a home where people feel valued, respected and truly cared for.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll also lead by example, support colleagues, administer medication where appropriate, and help maintain the highest standards of care.
