Person required to work nightshift 10pm to 8am friday Saturday & Sunday nights within a family home supporting complexed care needs and some challenging behaviour.
Within the home there is one 24 yr old requiring care and support, he is autistic and has epilepsy who is mostly non verbal requiring 2 to 1 support 24hr per day
The ideal candidate should display a kind, patient, and compassionate vision, and being able to positively manage the homes needs.
Duties within the home can include light domestic and laundry duties, cooking skills, administering medication.
A flexible approach to this role would be advantageous, in being able to work hours to suit the support needs of the home and cover sickness and holiday hours.
A clean full driving license, and business insurance Would be an advantage
Nvq1 or care certificate would be an advantage but all training can be provided for the right applicant.
You will be required for weekend nights only
