We are seeking two Display Site Sales Managers to have joint responsibility for our newest display site based at The Greenhouse People, Lavershot Barns, Windlesham, Surrey, GU20 6LL- our 34th UK display sites.
In this role, you will not only be responsible for driving sales but also ensuring the site looks visually appealing and well-maintained. If you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for delivering outstanding customer service, when achieving a sales, this could be your perfect role!

We are a global market leader in the design, manufacture and retail of garden and leisure buildings. Products range from entry level greenhouses and sheds through to luxury greenhouses, summerhouses, and garden offices.

You will:
- sell our full range of high-quality greenhouses and garden buildings direct to customers
- use your passion for customer service to provide an exceptional customer experience to help customers purchase THEIR perfect building - yes, you really can help dreams come true!
- be involved in the launch of our latest site and take pride in your display site – ensure that the site and buildings are well maintained and look their best. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required - amongst other things, there is a lot of glass to clean!
- use IT systems with confidence
- have a high standard of spoken and written English, to communicate professionally and effectively - face-to-face, on the telephone and via email
- normally work a five day out of seven rota, involving every second weekend (0900-1700 Monday-Saturday, 1030 - 1630 Sunday)
- work with the other Display Site Sales Manager or on your own - self-motivation is a must. No people management required
In return for being the face of The Greenhouse People you will receive:
- a full-time starting salary of £28 600 increasing to £31 019 on successful completion of a 4-6 month probation period.
- uncapped commission - typically a minimum of £5 000 per annum
