Depot & Delivery Coordinator
Location: Aberdeen
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £35000
About Us
HGV Truck Parts Ltd is a growing supplier of commercial vehicle body and replacement parts across the UK. As part of our continued expansion, we are opening a new local depot to provide faster service and improved support for customers in the area.
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and customer-focused individual to take ownership of this depot.
The Role
This is a varied role combining warehouse, stock management, and customer delivery responsibilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring the depot operates efficiently while providing excellent service to our local trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily stock within the depot.
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries.
- Picking and preparing customer orders.
- Delivering parts to local customers using a company van.
- Maintaining accurate stock records.
- Carrying out regular stock counts.
- Keeping the depot clean, organised, and safe.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Liaising with the head office regarding stock requirements and customer orders.
- Identifying opportunities to improve depot operations and customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional manner.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Basic computer skills.
- Forklift experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
