Job Overview
A rare and exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef with a genuine passion for creating exceptional, globally inspired cuisine.
We are a dedicated in-house kitchen team based within a prestigious investment firm in the heart of Mayfair. Our client values creativity and diversity on the plate with an almost unlimited budget, we source some of the finest ingredients available to bring that vision to life.
We serve two breakfasts and two lunches each week for up to 90 people, with menus that span Japanese, provincial Italian, modern street food, and everything in between. Culinary inspiration is central to our culture, we regularly dine out at some of London’s best restaurants as part of our menu development process, then recreate the most exciting dishes for our clientele.
This is a weekday only role, Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm with no evenings or weekends, offering a rare work-life balance in the culinary world.
You'll be joining a hardworking, respectful team who are deeply passionate about food and take pride in delivering high-quality, innovative dishes, while also knowing how to enjoy the process.

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
- Strong background in food production, cooking, and kitchen management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Extensive experience in food preparation, culinary techniques, and hospitality service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for serving high-quality cuisine
- Previous restaurant or catering experience is highly desirable
